The Yom Kippur War- The War that Shaped Israel New Generation 36 years after the Yom Kippur War, families and friends of those who fell during the war gathered for a state memorial service on Wednesday September 23 2009, in The Latrun museum- Yad Lashiryon (Armoured Corps) Museum.The event was presided over by deputy Minister of Defense, Mr. Matan Vilanae and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Gabi Ashkenazi, other senior officers and familes and ralitive of the fallen soldiers.
