Ramat Negev Regional Council Mo'atza Ezorit Ramat Negev, lit. Negev Heights Regional Council) is a regional council in the Negev desert in Israel. The largest regional council in the country, its headquarters is located on Highway 40 between Mashabei Sadeh and Tlalim. Ramat Negev contains many tourist sites, particularly archaeological ruins including the ancient incense route cities of Avdat, Haluza, Nitzana, Shivta (three of them now a World Heritage site), as well as some of the Makhteshim. Kibbutzim: Mashabei Sadeh, Retamim, Revivim, Sde Boker, Tlalim. Moshavim: Be'er Milka, Kmehin. Communal settlements: Ashalim, Ezuz, Merhav Am, Midreshet Ben-Gurion, Nitzana, Nitzanei Sinai.
