IDF OPERATION IN GAZA

Israel Defense forces are conducting a small operation on Tuesday, January 15, 2008. Four residents of Sderot were lightly injured on Tuesday while Israel Defense Forces operation killed at least 19 Palestinians in ground and air raids on Gaza City. Also on Tuesday, an Ecuadorian volunteer working in the fields of Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha near Gaza was shot and killed by a sniper belonging to Hamas' armed wing following the IDF raids.
