QASSAM ROCKET LANDS IN SOUTHERN ASHKELON NEIGHBORHOOD

Palestinians launched a Qassam rocket this afternoon that hit the city of Ashkelon, in Southern Israel causing damage to a road on January 15, 2008. No reports of injuries or damage. Five Qassam rockets and five mortar rounds have landed in the western Negev since this morning. There were no injuries in any of the incidents. All photos by Rafael Ben-Ari/Chameleons Eye.
